Starting your first Mandala may seem tricky, but it’s actually very relaxing once you begin. Take a blank page and draw a few circles using any round object like a bowl or lid.
These circles will help you keep your design even. Then, add simple shapes dots, petals, or small lines around the center. Slowly, your Mandala will start to form.
You don’t need special tools. A simple pen or marker is enough to begin. The main thing is to enjoy the process, not rush it. The more time you give, the better it feels.
When I started, my first few Mandalas were far from perfect and that’s okay. Each one teaches you patience and focus.
Over time, you’ll see your hands becoming steady and your designs growing more balanced. It’s not just art; it’s a form of peace you create for yourself.
